Shipping & Delivery Policy

  • Orders are dispatched within 2-3 working days. [On weekends/Government Holiday/Local Holidays/Seasonal calamities One can Expect a Delay in Delivery]
  • Delivery Time is 5 – 7 Working Days.
  • Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order. In case of modifications, kindly drop us a mail at greenhealthagrofoods@gmail.com within 2 hours of placing the order.
  • Address change will be accepted only if order has not been shipped. Address change is only possible if a new location is within the same state.
  • All products ordered in one cart will be shipped to one shipping address. If there is a requirement for the products to be shipped to more than one shipping address then please create separate orders in separate carts for each address.
  • All our products are packed in secure tamper-proof packaging. If you find that the package is tampered with, please do not accept delivery of the same from the carrier. If the customer accepts delivery, it will be deemed that the product arrived in a tamper proof condition.
  • As soon as your package ships, we will email you your package tracking information.
