• Once you’ve made an online payment, we refund it and keep you notified about the same, we advise you to share video evidence of unboxing and the issue to our customer care support greenhealthagrofoods.in within 7 days of receipt of the product. We will not be able to entertain claims of adamaged product without a video proof at the time of unboxing.
• We arrange a reverse pickup and then generate either a full refund or a product replacement, as per your request.
